Somerset, NJ. April 24, 2012. LABVANTAGE today announces that a multinational pharmaceutical company has selected its LIMS solution for US and European sites. The solution will automate and manage all data and processes established in the European analytical lab, from raw material analysis to drug product control to microbiological monitoring. It is critical that this system is capable of handling data generated by the SAP-QM system, CDS software Empower2 from Waters, Tiamo software from Metrohm and more. At the US site, LABVANTAGE’s Microbiology & Environmental Monitoring Solution is integrated with the LIMS for a paperless and automated operation that eliminates transcription errors and failures commonly driven from manual processes.
“We considered many other vendors and technologies, including SAP and other major LIMS proiders,” Director of Quality Manager, European Operations added, “We decided on LABVANTAGE for its flexibility without customization and the strength of its project team. It is so easy to maintain and roll out for our internal IT group.”

The projects have switched to production this month and a global rollout is in plan for all quality control sites across the entire company’s pharma division.
