The LabVantage Customer Training and Education Conference (CTEC) 2015 will be October 19-23, 2015 at The Double Tree in Philadelphia, PA. This conference is the perfect opportunity for customers to get important company updates, network, socialize and connect with other laboratory informatics users. There will also be a wide-variety of training course offerings and the opportunity to meet one-on-one with LabVantage experts during the consultation sessions.
The week will start with a welcome reception Sunday night and is followed by two and a half days of presentations and breakouts on Monday, Tuesday and until noon Wednesday. These sessions will cover topics such as updates given by the CEO, what’s new in LabVantage, the new look and feel of LabVantage, focus on User Experience, plenty of breakout sessions and ends with a question and answer period with the leadership team.
Training is an essential part of CTEC and will be held from Wednesday afternoon to Friday until noon. Customers will be able to select from a large variety of topics this year, such as Configuring the new UX (User Experience), Biobanking Improvements, Tuning your LabVantage System and much more. LabVantage offers all of this training at a significantly reduced cost, which increases the value of attendance for customers.
Let’s not forget the fun! This information-packed week will be broken up with several social events. Sunday night will be a welcome reception where customers can meet our staff, network with other users and enjoy some great, Philly-themed desserts and snacks. Tuesday evening will be the Event Night with a nice cocktail hour, dinner and entertainment in a special, historical venue! Throughout the week there will be industry-grouped lunches and breaks which will provide more opportunities for networking.
